Pal is made from a base of solid teak wood from sustainably managed forests that acts as a platform slightly raised off the ground thanks to adjustable, invisible legs. The seats and cushions are placed on top of it. “The resulting effect is that of a sinuous block that almost appears to be floating”, explains Francesc Rifé, the collection designer. The modular system makes it possible to construct anything from sun loungers to sofas or individual seats with a wide variety of waterproof fabrics and colors. The series is complemented by coffee tables of different sizes, also in teak, and a side table that arises from the base of the sofa.
