Refund policy

Custom, made-to-order, and Outlet/Overstock items are final sale and cannot be cancelled or returned. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Returnable items may be returned within 30 days of receipt with a pre-authorized RMA, less a 35% restocking fee. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and all returns must be in new condition and in the original packaging.
