Design Public Group Opens New Luxury Furniture Showroom in New York's Flatiron District

NEW YORK, NY — Design Public Group, a leading curator and provider of premium furniture from around the world, announces the March 24, 2025 opening of a new appointment-only showroom at 40 East 19th Street in New York's prestigious Flatiron district. The street-level space will debut with a launch event during New York Design Week.

"This isn't just another furniture showroom. It's a place to create for designers who are serious about delivering unique projects for their clients," said LeighAnn Espinosa, Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Design Public Group. "We've crafted this environment to showcase extraordinary pieces that meet the exacting standards of contract and hospitality projects. Here, our team collaborates directly with designers—diving into the details so they can focus on creating exceptional spaces."

The showroom features a carefully curated collection from 28 premium brands representing 10 countries including Denmark, United Kingdom, Portugal, France, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Switzerland, Bosnia, and Canada. Among the featured brands, visitors will discover signature pieces from key partners NORR11, Actiu, Wendelbo, and Artisan alongside other prestigious names such as Sancal, Gubi, Dooq, Tom Dixon and additional standouts from the international design community.

The project was brought to life with special contributions from commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield and features work from resident artist Kim Fonder, adding a unique cultural dimension to the space.

The showroom will be available by appointment to professionals in the design industry through Design Public Group's B2B program for architectural firms, furniture dealers and its Residential Trade program for designers.
